Components
Data is being collected in three regions of NC (Eastern, Central and Western) from Latino families in three types of child care arrangements: center-based, home-based (formal and informal), and parental care.
- Latino parents are participating in parent interviews
- A sub set of Latino families participating in the parent interview are selected to participate in an ethnographic interview.
- Data from settings are gathered using a program description form and observations of the quality of practices.
